ALBUM NOTES

Slayer’s box set, Soundtrack to the Apocalypse, was a retrospective of the first twenty years of the band via a 4-CD, 1-DVD set, a bonus “Blood pack” 14-track live CD encased in packaging with a blood-like substance and floating skulls, and a booklet detailing the band’s history, all inside a cardboard “ammo box.” The box set also included several unreleased tracks, rare B-sides, a replica laminate, and a Slayer logo flag.
